eBay In Demand is a new program that provides timely information to sellers about specific inventory that's in high demand and low supply on ebay.com. By providing inventory that buyers want, participating sellers have the opportunity to increase conversion rates and sales.

What are the seller requirements to access eBay In Demand?
You must meet these criteria to access eBay In Demand:
1. A registered seller on eBay.com
2. A PowerSeller level of Bronze or higher

Do I qualify for fee discounts?
You must meet these criteria to receive the fee discounts offered on eBay In Demand:
1. A registered seller on eBay.com
2. A PowerSeller level of Bronze or higher*
3. A minimum detailed seller rating of 4.8 across all four 30-day detailed seller ratings*

How do I use eBay In Demand?
It's easy! Just follow these three steps:
1. Search In Demand for products to list on eBay.com
2. Download product information and use your current selling tools or click the 'sell one like this' link.
3. List using pre-filled item information from our products catalog.

Does eBay guarantee the sales of the products displayed on eBay In Demand?
No. eBay does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that products displayed on In Demand and then listed by participating sellers on eBay.com will sale.

What is the best way to list a product displayed on eBay In Demand?
1. Download product information and use your current selling tools or just click the "sell one like this" link.
2. List using pre-filled item information from our product catalog.
3. Make sure your listing meets all the specified listing requirements.

How do I download product information?
Simply click "download these results" and the products associated with your search will be downloaded into a CSV file.

Open the file using a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel.

What's included in a download file?
The file contains all the pre-filled item information you'll need to list including the following: title, ePID, model number, manufacturer part number (MPN), UPC, ISBN, and promotion start and end date.

What happens when I click the "sell one like this" link?
A listing form containing pre-filled item information will be displayed. Listing requirements will not be pre-filled, so make sure that your listing meets the requirements outlined on eBay In Demand.

What is the ePID?
This identifies a product within our catalogs.

Why do I need to use pre-filled item information?
To receive eBay In Demand fee discounts, you must include pre-filled item information associated with the product you are listing.

How can I receive a fee discount on a product I list after I saw it displayed on eBay In Demand?
To receive a fee discount on a product displayed on eBay In Demand, you must use pre-filled item information and follow the listing requirements.

What are listing requirements?
The listing requirements are the requirements your listings must meet in order to receive a fee discount. They might include, but are not limited to, item condition (e.g. new), free shipping, and listing format.

Can I still list an item if it doesn't meet the listing requirements?
Yes, but your listing will not be eligible for fee discounts.

No. Not all products displayed on eBay In Demand have a fee discount associated with them. Fee discounts, if applicable, will be provided on a product by product basis.

How can I receive a fee discount on a product I list after I saw it displayed on eBay In Demand?
To receive a fee discount on a product displayed on eBay In Demand, you must use pre-filled item information and follow the listing requirements.

When do I receive the fee discount?
If an Insertion Fee discount is offered, you'll receive the discount at the time of listing. If a Final Value Fee discount is offered, it will be applied at the time of the sale.

How long does a fee discount last?
A discount is valid if units are still needed and the promotional period has not ended.

Do I still receive my PowerSeller discount?
Yes. Any eBay In Demand discount you receive will be in addition to your PowerSeller discount.
